Registration Informations
and documents

  1. All registered participants except accompanying person will receive conference materials, welcome party, access to all scientific session, four lunches and seven coffee breaks. The registration fee does not include farewell party.
  2. All invited speakers, conference committees and advisors, and FAOBMB delegates are invited to attend the farewell party.
  3. An additional 100 USD will be applied for academic participants and students to attend farewell party.
  4. The fee for accompanying person includes welcome and farewell parties but not including access to all scientific session, conference lunches, and coffee breaks.
  5. Full-time students must attach a file that proves student status. This can be a valid student’s ID or a transcript. The file size must be less than 50 MB
  6. For on-site registration, participant must pay registration fee in Thai Baht.
  7. For membership number of the Science Society of Thailand (SST) please email teerapong.b@chula.ac.th for the membership number. For those who just apply for SST membership and do not have the information of membership number, pay-in slip can be used as a proof of membership.
  8. Payment for registration fee is required before abstract / proceeding submissions.

Abstract and Proceeding submission

Abstract submitted after 8th August will not be considered for the oral presentation. Abstracts being “selected” for an oral presentation will be notified by 20th August. Abstracts submitted for the oral presentation is closed on 8 August 2023. Abstract submission for poster presentations is still open until 31 August 15 September 2023. Abstracts being selected for the oral presentation will be notified by 26 August 2023.

Registration procedure
and Payment

** Please note that registration fee must be paid before submitting abstract or proceeding**

  1. Create your account to set up username and password.
  2. Fill out the information in the registration form. Ensure that the appropriate type of registration are provided. In the “Type of registration”, if full-time student is selected, a proof of student status must be provided in the “Attached file” section. Failure to do so will slow down your registration process. If “fellowship” is selected, please provide a proof of selected FAOBMB / BMB fellowship recipient in the “Attached file” section. The registration fee will be waived for individual with fellowship approved by FAOBMB or BMB.
  3. After submitting your registration, in “summary” menu, your status will be “registered (Please wait to confirm)”.
  4. Once our staff check your type of registration, your status will be “confirmed (Please proceed to payment)”. Here, the payment methods will appear in the summary of your summary menu. Cash transfer through the Thai local bank can be processed for local participant. For foreigners, registration fee can be paid by cash transfer using the swift code or credit card.
  5. After making your payment, please upload the transfer copy to our system using the “Inform your payment” button. Your status will change to “Payment verification”.
  6. Once our treasurers confirm your payment for the correct type of participant, you will receive an email notification confirming your payment. Your status should now appear as “Completed”.
  7. The “Abstract/Proceeding” button will be enabled in the summary menu, allowing you to click and proceed with your file submission(s).
