All programs will take place at the Centara Grand Hotel at Central Plaza Ladprao, Bangkok. The hotel is conveniently located within a walking distance from the Ha Yaek Ladprao BTS skytrain station and Phaholyothin MRT subway station.
Transportation
and parking
Participants who take the BTS should use exit 1 or 3. For those who travel with the MRT, please take exit 3 and walk on the sky walk to the Central Plaza Ladprao department store. The hotel can be accessed through the second floor of the Central Plaza department store.
The hotel parking space is shared with the Central Plaza department store. Participants are allowed to park at any levels of the parking garage, except the underground floor. For daily commuters, the parking fee is exempted. Please kindly give your parking ticket to the staffs at the registration desk to proceed for the exemption.
Opening ceremony
and plenary sessions
The opening ceremony and all the plenary sessions will be held at Vibhavadee Ballroom A and B, located on the lobby level of the hotel.
Scientific
sessions
3-4 scientific sessions will be held in parallel during the conference. The sessions will take place in 4 locations, including (1) Vibhavadee Ballroom A (2) Vibhavadee Ballroom B, (3) Krungthep 2 room, and (4) Ladprao room. Kindly note that the Krungthep 2 room and Ladprao room are located on the M floor (Mezzanine level) of the hotel. Participants can get access to these rooms using elevator or staircase from the lobby level.
Poster sessions
and exhibitions
Poster sessions and all exhibitions will be presented at the Vibhavadee Ballroom C as well as spaces outside the Vibhavadee Ballroom. Coffee break stations will be located around the poster and exhibition areas.
Welcome
and farewell parties
Welcome dinner on the first day of the conference will be held at the Vibhavadee Ballroom A and B. For the farewell dinner, it will be held at Sala Thai area – an outdoor space located on the LL floor of the hotel.
